University of Georgia Fence Eaten by Tree Athens, GA
I took this picture with my father in my junior year at UGA. I was attending their Terry college of business and passed this fence every day on my way to class right before I stopped in downtown Athens to grab a buscuit and coffee. I love fences and this one means a lot to me! I was born in Athens, GA as my father attened the University himself and lived in married housing with my mother. Now I pass by the same fence my father did on his way to class. That's weird to some of my friends but there are many other UGA babys in the same boat. I like it and am proud to of gone to the University of Georgia. It was a great college with great professors and students!

That's a Big Structure in your Backyard!
This arbor is over 10 feet high and 12 feet wide. Production Fenceworks™ built this for the home of UGA's director of environmental design. Don't try this at home! Seriously, this is not a DIY backyard project. These pressure treated posts weight over 300 lbs each and they have to be lifted over ten feet high! I don't know about you but my back is not up for that. This should only be done by professionals with the proper machinery.
Wooden Arbor Construction
This is a Production Fenceworks™ employee continuing construction on a massive backyard arbor. This arbor is to house two adirondac chairs that will be perfect for a relaxing summer or spring night.
Building Outdoor Arbor Top
Now it's time to add the top 8x8's! This is not an easy task as it requires lifting fresh 8x8x12 preasure treated pine posts over 10 feet heigh and these posts weigh over 300 lbs!!! That is some seriously heavy weight that should only be lifted with the proper machinery. Don't try this yourself! This arbor is constructed by certifed professionals and heavy machinery.
Scalloped Wooden Privacy Fence
This scalloped wooden privacy fence is built with 4x4 posts with copper caps, inset pickets and a scallop with 1x2 scallop trim. Production Fenceworks™ built this residential privacy fence in Athens, GA.
